What Customers Say About Microsoft Digital Media Pro Keyboard:

I connected keyboard before installing and nothing bad happened (even though it said to install first). It's not too loud, is comfortable to type on (the keys really feel "soft"), and it has a lot of nice features. Easy to do, and intuitive. The zoom feature works in Picasa (what I use for my pics) and even lets you switch from picture to picture if you're zoomed all the way out in a pic.

I wanted a keyboard with a USB hookup that wasn't too expensive. So all around great keyboard for the money. Works great, install the CD to be able to add your shortcuts. I bought this one based upon the reviews, and let me say, they are ALL true.

I hooked up my Digsby to work with the "messenger" shortcut, picked Chrome for my internet shortcut, and gmail for my email shortcut. Love it so far. This keyboard is great. It looks nice too.

I am a good typist but I do want to see what the keys are since I need to see them for most symbols and numbers. HELP I LOVE this keyboard and its the only one I buy. I have given some to people who don't mind that the white has worn off the keys. What's going on with the ones I buy.

Otherwise this keyboard with its quiet and easy to press keys are perfect and I don't want to have to go to any other keyboard.I have never read a review where people have left this complaint. Surely I am not the only one to have this happen with this particular brand of keyboard. Other stick on letters won't work either. I bought some stick on letters but they are not worth buying since they are raised and bumpy and actually slow down my typing speed as well as makes my fingertips hurt with all the typing I do.

The keyboard I am using now was new in December '08. Can you please tell me what to do to keep the white letters showing. I have 4 others at least that are just setting around right now because the lettering has worn off so quickly. I have tried clear nail polish but that didn't work at all.

On the keys I use most, the white started coming off within a month. I gave it 4 stars but would gladly give it 5 if only there was a way to keep the white letters (and symbols and numbers) from wearing off the keys so soon. Already half the keys are blank.

I highly recommend it. This keyboard feels very nice to type on and has all the shortcut keys you could need. It is very comfortable and I have really enjoyed using this.

I've tried Logitech and various other wired/wireless ergonomic keyboards (Microsoft included), but couldn't get used to the flat, compact design -- the keys all close together. Not for me.This one's not pretty and it's kinda dated, but it's quiet and the keys are like my Dell k/b -- spaced out just right. Out of the many, many keyboards out there, this is one is actually decent. And I hated the 'wave' design on some. I'll probably never use half the features, but for basic typing for normal-sized hands, it's not bad at all. I'd been using Dell's standard k/b that came with most of their machines. Works fine, but too noisy.

The lay out is nice and easy to use. Also the pre programed "my documents", "my pictures", "my music", "mail", "web/home" and "messenger" buttons are a real time saver. Microsoft should be proud of this one. This keyboard is fantastic. The 5 "my favorites" programable buttons are great for jumping to an application or a web page that you choose.
